Responsive template development using HTML and CSS for Kadaster, or the Dutch Land Registry Office, collects information about registered properties in the Netherlands, records them in public registers and in cadastral maps and makes this information available to members of the public, companies and other interested parties in society. Registered goods include not only immoveable properties, such as houses and apartments, but also moveable properties such as ships and aircraft. Put simply: Kadaster registers and informs; details are the input and information is the output.
Ontwikkeling van responsive templates met HTML en CSS voor Kadaster. Het Kadaster registreert en verstrekt gegevens over de ligging van vastgoed in Nederland en de daarmee samenhangende rechten, zoals eigendom en hypotheek. Dat geldt ook voor schepen, luchtvaartuigen en ondergrondse netwerken. Deze wettelijke taak borgt de rechtszekerheid: wat is van wie, waar lopen de grenzen. Ook verstrekken we gegevens over energielabels en over de ligging van kabels en leidingen.
